After our initial consultation , we’ll draw up a custom proposal based on your practice’s unique needs and goals. We will meet to discuss each option within, answer any questions you may have, and help to choose the best solution for you.

Bundled Services Tailored to You Needs

In order to provide the best, most comprehensive experience for our clients we provide our services bundled into a year-round container. For a flat monthly fee every bundle includes business and individual tax services, bookkeeping checkups, and year-round consulting. We then further customize included services based on your practice’s unique needs and goals.

Do you offer bookkeeping services? 

We offer what we like to call ‘bookkeeping lite’ services in addition to training and checkups. If this is something you are needing, we would love to support you or your bookkeeper in this way. To learn more, book an initial consultation.

Do you offer payroll services? 

We do not offer payroll services. Our firm partners with other professionals who love working with veterinarians as much as we do—we’d love to introduce you!

I just want you to do my tax return. Why don’t you offer this as a stand-alone service? 

We have fun helping practices grow, so we focus on what we love. If you are wanting standalone tax services, there are many firms available to do so for you.

Do you want to see cute pictures of my pets and/or patients? 

YES!! We live and thrive off of it and will be especially grateful if you send them to us during tax season.
